If you've already got a copy of Volume Balancer and would like to see whether it's worth downloading a later version, here is a history of changes since first release.The latest release is version 1.10, which will run on Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/Vista/7. It does not run on Windows 95. Version 1.5 is still available for Windows 95 users.

Note that installation of Volume Balancer creates a single EXE file and its associated help file. It does not install any DLLs, ActiveXs, and so on; nor does it update any system configuration files.
